Standard Returns Policy (Customers with UK addresses)
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the grohanger website. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from the grohanger online store (www.grohanger.com) can be returned to us. Grohanger products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the clips and other parts
that were included when you received it.


How to Return or Exchange An Item
Ship your item back to us (grohanger). To return or exchange an item to grohanger, locate the order confirmation email you received from us and make contact through our Contact Form. Be sure that the reply includes the original email with the order number, date, and items purchased. In the reply, please indicate the reason for the return or exchange. We will review your email and reply to you within 3 business days. Upon approval, we arrange the return of the item to grohanger.
NOTE: In order to be eligible for a pre-paid return label, the item must have been shipped to and returned from an address within the United Kingdom.


Refunds
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method: If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.


Non-U.K. Returns & Refunds Policy (Customers with Non-UK addresses)
If you have purchased an item from the grohanger website, and live outside the UK we can still process a return, refund, or exchange. The process is the same as with U.K. Customers, with the exception that the cost of returning the item to grohanger will be paid by the customer. What is covered
Manufacturer’s defects and or poor workmanship are covered under our warranty. When you receive your grohangers, if you notice any defects that may have been missed during our quality inspection, be sure to notify us, and we will be glad to replace you. Damages during shipping are also covered by our warranty. After receiving your grohangers, please inspect them for any damages that may have been caused during shipping. Although this is unlikely, it can happen. If any bent or broken pieces are found, please notify us of this, and we will be happy to replace them. Do not force any of the parts back into place, as this will damage them and will not be
covered by our warranty.


What is NOT covered
Damages caused by misuse of the grohanger are not covered by our warranty, and we will not be held accountable for these damages. When using your grohangers, please apply common sense, and handle them with care. Please take note of the instructional videos on youtube (search for youtube.com/grohanger in regard to extending the arms, adding & taking off clips, and using the sizing system. The grohanger warranty does not cover your product against any type of misuse, including, but
not limited to, damages caused by chemicals, excessive heat, excessive force, excessive bending or twisting, abrasion, excessive wear caused by foreign particles like sand, incorrect re-assembly of components.

Conditions
We provide the 5 year warranty for the grohanger so you can purchase with confidence. The following conditions should be met before grohanger fulfils its warranty. The customer must have purchased their grohangers directly from grohanger.com.
The customer will need to contact grohanger by emailing through the contact form at grohanger.com as soon as defects are discovered, and provide evidence of them. Evidence can be in the form of images and videos. Instructions will be provided in reply to the email from the customer. Upon determination of a valid condition by grohanger, the warranty will
be fulfilled. In the event that the customer’s grohangers are damaged due to fair use, they will be replaced by grohanger with a replacement. color as the one originally purchased. The customer will need to send the damaged grohangers, and pay for shipping and handling of the replacement, of the amount quoted at the time of replacement, reflecting the shipping costs of that time. Grohangers showing any defects in craftsmanship, or damages caused during delivery will need to be presented to grohanger within 14 days of receiving the product through the contact form at grohanger.com and if it is determined that the damages are in fact caused by these reasons, the product will be replaced at no charge. In the event that a replacement is not available to be sent to the customer with valid conditions, grohanger will refund the customer for the amount that was paid.
